"Although I haven’t been ‘musically active’ since my departure from CCM, I would like to think that my experience there shaped me in many ways. CCM taught me discipline, it taught me perseverance, and most of all, it taught me to be a team player. When I was in CCM we toured through the Czech Republic and Austria. I think this experience gave me an insatiable taste for travel and experiencing travel through music. Even in Togo, I find myself experiencing the culture through music."

"I am so grateful for my time at CCM. Children's Chorus provided me with a musical foundation that I was able to build upon through my years at performing arts high school, NYU's Tisch School of the Arts, and in my current professional theater pursuits in New York. Singing tight harmonies, sight reading, being able to decipher key signatures and difficult rhythms, all skills I learned and honed during my years in the chorus and now use daily in my work on Broadway. CCM gave me the opportunity to start my lifelong journey with music, and I wouldn't be where I am without it!"
